1. Processing & Delivery
All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional time in transit where required. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Delays

3. Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. The return request will be reviewed and, where approved, the return will be processed within 3 days after inspection.

4. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, card issuer or payment service provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
